I am a software developer ... but I never built a website on my own

Third reorg this year. Same people, same work, new boxes on a slide. We are calling it a bold new chapter.

I trained the person who now earns more than me. He asks me for help. I help him. I am very good at my job and apparently that is the problem.

I got paged at 3 AM for a dashboard nobody looks at, fixed it in four minutes, and got a message at 9 AM asking why I was late.

I typed my resignation, read it twice, and saved it as a draft. That was in March.
